We are a mail order business with a workshop for caravan and motorhome repairs. We are NOT a retail shop.
While we welcome visitors, we would strongly recommend advising of your arrival before your journey to ensure we are available for you and have what you require.
Typically the office is open:
Monday: 10am - 4pm
Wednesday: 10am - 4pm
Friday: 10am - 4pm
All other times are by appointment only.
We aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours.

To help us to help you we 100% need to see pictures complete with sizes if relevant.
Images of your axle plate are required for any axle and brake based queries.
VIN/cRis number is required for all Bailey & Autotrail queries.
***We do not sell window panels. Only complete Seitz S4 windows***
Email and Whatsapp/text message are preffered for the fastest response time and to provide images that are often needed for us to help assist your enquiry.
We are not always available to answer calls as we can be busy in the workshop or elsewhere on site.
We aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours or the next working day.
Whatsapp messages and text messages will be deleted 24-48 hours after no response or the matter is resolved.
