2005 Ci Carioca 6 berth 6 belted motorhome. This motorhome has an unusual layout within a motorhome, with two fixed single bunks at the rear, a dinette which converts into a double bed and a fixed double over cab bed. There is a wetroom with separate shower, and a kitchen with a grill and hob and 3 way fridge. The van is in very good condition for the year and would suit a young family. This 2007 Elddis Swift Cyclone Crusader has an incredibly desirable rear island bed layout and is an excellent small project.
It requires some work to replace parts/full rooflights, window blinds, a few wall repairs, and new locks all round. The front window wall isn't rotten, but the internal shelf needs to be replaced.
It would also benefit from reupholstering with matching curtains and a replacement floor covering to finsih the look.
It otherwise tows really well and will be a lovely caravan once finished.
A habitation check can be carried out on site if required.
We'd estimate the caravan to be worth approximately £6000 - £7000 once completed.
Sold as seen, for spares or repairs, or site office, playhouse etc. It’s damp, rotten in places and pretty horrible. But it tows well. Windows are in fairly good condition, and it has a carver cascade heater but we are unsure if it works. The caravan was lived in until last month. Year of caravan is unknown.
This four berth 2005 Swift Utopia 500 caravan is in great condition, comes with all manuals, and will have a 12 month habitation and damp check.
