Alko Big Foot with its large,re-inforced landing area prevents the steady legs from sliding away or sinking and provides a firm, safe base for the caravan. The support foot has a maximum load bearing capacity of 1250 Kg. A slot ensures that on progressive contact with the ground, the Alko Big Foot functions independently by adapting to the lie of the land. During driving the Alko Big Foot locks against the corner steady by means of a retaining spring. It may be fitted to Standard stable-form and Premium Alko corner steadies from 2001 onwards.
